Four Decades in the Bleacher Industry

With more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the school equipment industry, 30 years exclusively dealing with the bleacher and grandstand industry, I have been involved with thousands of projects across every venue type imaginable — from Little League fields and high school tracks to rodeo arenas, fairgrounds, and professional stadiums.

My bleacher career started in the field, selling bleachers and grandstands. My means of selling was simply providing design and code compliance consultation. Over the decades, I became the "bleacher expert" working with architects. engineers, construction managers, general contractors, and the end users, to meet budget constraint while attempting to satisfy the owners' wants and needs.  Once receiving an order I became a project manager, therefore I have seen nearly everyone of my thousands of projects from design through completion.

Bleacher Universe exists because I kept answering the same questions — from project managers, architects, engineers, and end users who needed straight answers without a sales pitch. This site is my attempt to put some of that knowledge in one place, available to anyone who needs it.  And for those that need more - Provide an affordable means of consulting via the two associated consulting concerns affiliated with this page.

I am no longer selling bleachers or affiliated with any manufacturer. My only interest is helping you make the right decision for your venue, your budget, and the people who will sit in those seats.
